Hopefully I'll get some doodling done but if not, I can do it in college!!! I'm attending a small, all girl's school in a hot state. I hope I survive that; I'd rather take the cold than the heat, especially when sleeping, becasue I can bundle up and drink hot chocolate. But I'm excited. I got a laptop!!!

Fun things to do over the summer:
Go to a water park
adventure in the woods
read a webcomic
paint something
wash a dog (any dog!)
surprise a friend by driving to their house with cupcakes (I wish someone would do that for me!!)
make everyone be twins

NEW STUFF MY FRIEND AND I ARE DOING!
Going to the Lazy 5 ranch to pet giraffes from our car
Go to Tiger World to see Lions and Tigers and Bears... OH MY!!!

Adventure at the hospiatl (I'm OKAY!)

Today I went for a procedure at the hospital (nothing serious), but I was sedated and ... woah, it is the WEIREDST thing to be sedated. So I got attatched to an IV (and I hate needles and so does my family doctor. he's so funny!) and then one of the assistants put in the sedation medication in the iv. Immediatley my head was feeling light and I closed my eyes. Then I just remember feeling a plastic thing in my mouth (which I later discovered was a LONG TUBE! EEK good thing I was sedated!)
Then I vaugley remember coming home and I took such a big nap that I could feel my arms (does that ever happen to you?like, you think one of your arms is touching your other arm but really its by your head or something...?) anyways, my cat enjoyed the quality nap time we spent together.

YOU ALL MUCT GO TO YOUTUBE AND WATCH CLONE HIGH!!! it is so funny! here's the link:

school, that is. GRR! so much work to do on the first day back. Naturally, I've barely started.

But how can I start when there's so much excitement going on elsewhere, like with my novel, Home Free!
I've gon onto create space and I'm going to order ACTUAL PHYSICAL COPIES of my novel!
These copies will not be open to the public because I'm just not ready yet to share it with the world (only close friends and family, and I don't even want to share it with some people in my own family!) maybe one day I will send my little child into the world! But here is the description of Home Free, just cause I think I did a bang up job on it:

Kenya is home to fascinating creatures; colorful birds, hot-tempered elephants, rare painted wolves, and Tori's uncle. Uncle Hutch got up and moved to Africa fourteen years ago and prefers to keep to himself about the circumstances behind his sudden change of scenery. But it isn't hard to see why any nature-lover would book a room at the Dead Meadows Inn: friendly giraffes come right up the second story windows and the blue range of mountains protects the wildlife refuge the inn is perched on. Recently, however, the mountains haven't done much to keep out dangerous poachers, who threaten the lives of the animals and people alike. With her inquisitive, shutter-bugging brother, Nick, at her side, adventuresome Tori takes on local bullies, family issues, cabin fever, and language barriers.
All the while she is being stalked by a beast with golden eyes.

Well the final sun of November has set and, my friends, I have done it. I have completed my novel via NaNoWriMo.
I have been working on this novel for YEARS but Nono gave me a deadline and a time frame and a CHALLENGE that I accepted. Final (?) word count (well, WINNING word count. I might do some edditing later when I want a hard copy of it (checking for spelling mistakes (too tired now! (what's with all these parenthesis?))))

50,103!

Special thanks to my friend Katie M. who helped me along the way through facebook emails (over 200 messages back and forth!) and telling me to GO GO GO! Her novel is finished with a total word count of 77,506. You go girl!
Also special thanks to my old reading teacher who helped me develop my characters even before I had heard of Nanowrimo.

November is for writing novels.
December is for SLEEP!!!

Also: Nanowrimo novel art and doodles coming to deviantArt soon!
